Payroll Manager/ HR Generalist
Our client is looking for a Full Time Payroll Manager/ HR Generalist to join their dynamic Human Resource team! Do you have previous experience with payroll and are looking for your next opportunity with an exciting organization? If so, this role may be for you!
What will you be doing? Managing and processing timely bi-weekly payroll for union and non-union/ exempt and non-exempt employees Handling all employee PTO (holiday, sick, vacation) Coordinate FMLA, PFL and Disability Procedures Ensuring that time and attendance is accurately documented Processing accurately weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end reporting Processing 401k payments Conducting new hire orientations I9 tracking and management Handle recruiting functions such as job postings, phone screenings and writing job descriptions Other duties as necessary
Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Suite ADP Workforce is required Able to work independently and as a team, accurately and meet deadlines Bachelors degree Experience with union and non-union payroll Proactive
