For more information, visit amplify.com.Amplify Science is looking for an experienced contract project manager to play an essential role in helping its science program scale to meet its rapid expansion. This person will ensure that Amplify Science is ready to ship for back-to-school through the school year. The Project Manager will engage with product, operations, supply chain, finance, and external vendors.Responsibilities of the Project Manager:Liaison with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage preparedness plans for kit availability, print products, and back-to-school fulfillment integrationCreate plans and manage their execution while maintaining day-to-day knowledge of project statusWork with Amplify stakeholders and external vendors to define project prioritiesRaise risks and alert stakeholders of launch readiness blocksEstablish checkpoints with vendors to communicate project updates, progress towards strategic goalsLeverage project tracking tools and processes for consistency and efficiency of implementationsPresent information clearly and enthusiastically for both internal and customer-facing meetingsBasic Qualifications of the Project Manager:Bachelors degreeMinimum 3 years of experience in project managementExperience successfully organizing, prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environmentExperience with Microsoft Office and Google SuitePreferred Qualifications of the Project Manager:Experience in the field of education technologyPMP certificationExperience delivering impeccable customer serviceExperience with project management tools (Smartsheets, Trello) and SalesforceAmplify is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.This position may be funded, in whole or in part, through American Recovery & Reinvestment Act funds.Amplify Education, Inc. is an E-Verify participant.
