The Support Analyst, as a member of the Help Desk Support Team, is responsible for providing technical assistance related to computer systems, hardware, or software needs. The Support Analyst works with all departments to troubleshoot issues, assist with technical needs, and develop solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, update, maintain, and provide help desk support for Windows and Apple based computers; including support of peripherals such as printers, multifunction copiers, scanners, fax machines, smartphones, and desktop telephones
  • Assist departments in identifying technical solutions for business needs
  • Respond to issues and requests either in person, email, or over the phone, in a timely manner
  • Train new and existing computer users on hardware and software use and policies
  • Develop a strong understanding of CAR-FRESHNER business processes and how they relates to use of technical resources
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses including adherence to licensing requirements
  • Assist with IT departmental projects

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Associate s Degree in Computer Science or related technology discipline
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions
  • Ability to learn and support new and quickly changing technologies
  • Ability to research solutions or information regarding technical issues
