Description:

eCatalog Administrator
The eCatalog Administrator is responsible for handling product data migration activities, performing back-end administration of platforms, supporting Sales Reps and Customers with issues related to platform functions and features, maintaining accuracy with the online product catalog and supporting Digital Marketing with data convergence related initiatives.

Justification
- Nexus data needs normalization to migrate to either Magento or PDH (TBD)
- Magento data will need normalization for PDH
- PDH will need expansion to support data
- Need individual with catalog experience as well as handling large amounts of data in Excel, import/export methods, and attribute implementation and normalization activities


Job Description
Direct experience working with an eCatalog/eCommerce platform as administrator or power user. Magento and/or Hybris experience preferred.
Experience with managing and modeling medium to large amounts of data.
Experience with efficient data import/export methods
Highly organized with excellent communication skills
Ensures projects meet business objectives and timelines

Manages product data and information at the SKU and category levels
Administers the digital platforms through each back-end console including minor web page revisions, content corrections or changes, image enhancements, catalog updates and related tasks
Responsible for product display on each platform and swiftly handle glitches and functional errors
Partner with technology teams to support and maintain scalable, sustainable and effective integration solutions between the CMS and other systems (e.g., DAM) utilized by the organization.
Supports overall project flow between graphic designers, web developers, IT resources, clients and vendors.

Marketing Communication is responsible for development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies that support the business/brand objectives Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own job family Applies knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations Works independently with minimal guidance Usually determines own work priorities Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
