DescriptionProduct Marketing Manager, Le LaboJOB SUMMARY:We are looking for a product marketing manager who will help to lead all product marketing initiatives for the brand, including planning and execution, as we accelerate growth and adopt new tools and processes. The manager will be responsible for owning the innovation calendar, product launch offerings, and working closely with key brand functions to ensure we are making timely progress against our product pipeline and that our markets are informed/educated. The position is based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, reporting to the global marketing executive director.KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and own the 3-year innovation calendar for all global, regional, and exclusive launches, ensuring it reflects our global strategic marketing plans by category/product. Keep calendar up to date and deploy on a regular basis to markets and other relevant partiesOwn and collaborate on developing product offerings/briefs for new launches and programs work with partner teams including Product Development, Creative, Finance, Pricing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Consumer Marketing, Education, etc. to ensure offerings are accurate and complete. Post offerings on internal marketing forecast system and maintain with any subsequent updatesProvide strategic input for product forecasting and planning across regions/channels as neededDevelop product innovation decks for internal and retailer useWork closely with Supply Chain and Product Development to ensure product launches are tracking on time. Cascade summary/status notes to marketing team and lead resolution to open questionsAddress innovation questions/issues from marketsPerform SKU and portfolio analysis on an on-going basis, stay up-to-date on trends and opportunities (both within industry and outside) through competitive analysisLead process for developing new launch training materials, working with Education and Product Development to develop and deploy training decks, new launch-related VM/display guidelines, etc.Work with Product Development on SKU analysis to develop display / planogram strategy and approachAssist ED on other select initiatives/deliverables, including strategy, sustainability, etc.QualificationsCollege degree required6 years+ of experience with at least 2 years specifically in product marketing (e.g., managing launches from concept to market)Familiarity with key marketing/product offering tools (e.g., ELC Global Marketing Website)Beauty/CPG background, with end-to-end product launch experienceExude passion for Le Labo and deeply appreciate and understand the Brand DNA and voiceBe a motivated self-starter, with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with a team-player mindsetAbility to work with cross-functional teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills, ability to capture the unique tone of voice and visual cues / codes of the BrandHighly developed PowerPoint and Excel skills, with an eye for formatting and presenting information in a digestible wayStrong ability to analyze and synthesize quantitative data (e.g., running and interpreting competitive analysis, product mix of business)Highly organized and able to manage multiple complex projects in fast-paced environmentImpeccable attention to detailEntrepreneurial, roll up your sleeves attitude, with 24/7 approach to responsibilities
