The VP of Program Management is responsible for overall project health with a focus on project profitability, executional excellence, risk mitigation and resolution, and building, developing, and casting a strong program management team. The VP of Program Management sets the strategic direction for the Program Management team, defining and implementing standards and processes in line with overall Huge global processes, managing project management resources across a broad portfolio of accounts, and successfully implementing recovery for project crisis situations. The VP of Program Management builds strong relationships with all parts of the business to define viable approaches/methodologies in line with relevant industry standards and best practices. Key Areas of Focus: Project Health Proactive, ongoing assessment of project scope, resource balancing, and integrity of revenue; Ownership of profitable delivery of client work and enforcement of solid margins with responsibility to escalate issues appropriately; Active management of project and program health from the lens of Actuals and Budgets not Revenue; Pre-emptive management and guidance for at risk or high risk projects/programs on order to successfully steer back to smooth delivery Active job status awareness (signed vs unsigned, new biz, future probability, investments) and their impact on the company to prevent over burn or margin erosion. Team Development Day to day management of the Program Management Department; Define responsibilities and set direction for the PM team; Ensure proper staffing mix with an eye toward active and ongoing rebalancing of Program Management team; Ongoing and consistent evaluation of department skills, recommendations for promotions, reductions, replacements; Oversight of Studio including profitability and executional excellence; Day to day leadership managing multiple work streams and levels of PM team; Demonstration of leadership skills in addressing delivery and performance issues and building team morale; Develop best practice project management processes and tools in line with overall Huge program management approach and processes; Ensure team collaboration & positive environment; Conduct timely, fair and accurate project reviews for team members. Communications Weekly status reporting with financials; Escalate issues to Client Director / Client Partner, where appropriate; Recommendations for improvements and/or process changes with executional responsibility for rolling out agreed changes and ensuring overall compliance. Consulting Develop project proposals and statements of work leveraging experience key discipline leads (including Consulting, Concept & Design, UX Technology); Deliver client presentations; lead and facilitate requirements workshops; Manage and develop process for scope changes / change requests; Understanding of Huge PM tools and systems (Unanet, Jira, ActiveCollab) and enforcing the processesrequired to run the business. Financials Manage project budget - deliver to target margin; Weekly financialreporting; Seek to maximize revenue across multiple projects/accounts through project delivery/profit margin. Overall Agency Deliver projects to margin agreed at project start; Contribute to business development efforts through project scoping, estimating and attending client calls/meetings when required; Forge strong partnerships with key internal stakeholders/department heads to build unified relationships between Program Management, Client Services, and Technology; Communicate ideas and industry trends on particular subject matter to colleagues through informal communication and formal presentations and training sessions; Act as thought leader in subject matter understanding market trends and translating them into viable service offerings in consultation with senior management; Present directional ideas and strategies to New York senior management. Develop project management tools and processes in line with Huge's overall processes. Assume responsibility for an office approach/methodology area, develop and execute the approach in line with industry standards and evangelize the use of approach/methodology to NY office colleagues.Salary Range: NAMinimum QualificationNot Specified years
