Bokksu is the leading subscription box service that delivers gourmet cultural experiences through authentic storytelling. ABOUT THE ROLE
We actively seek a Head of Growth based in New York City to bring a strong grasp of the ecommerce marketing landscape to our team. Someone who can optimize conversion through different funnels across our target markets, work directly with agencies to devise creative strategies will lend a positive contribution to reach, and exceed our growth trajectory goals!
In this role, you will be tasked to Own and strategically expand the day-to-day operations of our direct revenue driving channels (Email, Paid Search, Affiliates, Re-targeting, Paid Social) Maintain our growth marketing reporting processes and tools, creating dashboards and reports to track daily performance, generating actionable insights to drive decisions improving the efficiency of investments. Ensure all consumer-facing teams are aligned on product positioning, and that all messaging (website, advertisements, PR, social) is cohesive, on-brand and compliant Build data, trend, & competition-driven business cases for new product concepts Quantify experiments to improve the customer acquisition efficiency, working with marketing team on the insights and strategy for future iterations Collaborate with in-house Creative Director to plan and strategize all product photography, video, and in-house for editorial requests for marketing needs Manage decision-making for website, 3rd party e-commerce relationships, and email strategy Own site usability and customer experience across all devices (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet)
You'd be great fit for this role if you have Lowered CAC by 20% across all channels Grew new customers by 30% YoY over the last 12 months Built multi-channel programs turning 40% of prospects into new customers within 3 months 3+ years of managing commerce for enviable ecommerce brands in related industries Deep understanding of digital marketing channel mechanics and analytics (SEO, SEM, Direct Response, Display, Affiliate, Social Media, Influencer, Email) Experience with A/B and multivariate testing as well as reporting and data analysis Entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to roll up your sleeves to test and learn quickly
