Job DescriptionApplicant must be willing to adapt to schedule changes and willing to travel to client and bank event locations as well as attend after-hours business functions. The objective of this position is to support a team of 8-10 Business Bankers, led by a Market Executive, to develop business banking by generating deposits, cash management, loans and grow relationships by cross-selling and servicing companies with annual revenue of approximately $2-$20 million.The Client Support Associate will provide operational support to the team, be responsible for process administration and assist in customer inquiries and/or concerns, as well as ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and with the Bank's policies and procedures. The associate must support a goal of providing exceptional customer service to our external clients and build relationships with our internal partners.Operational Support:Assist Business Bankers in obtaining, reviewing, updating and tracking all necessary paperwork, such as customer records, transactions, etc. using 360, Aperio, Signature, Salesforce, nCino and other programs. Complete file maintenance via computer as needed.Assists customers and Business Bankers with questions and resolves issues relating to new and existing accounts and bank products, such as ordering new and replacement ATM cards.Responsible for completing Cash Management, Branch Admin, KYC, Deposit Ops, Loan Originations account opening paperwork for Business Bankers and entering data in systems as well as working with each internal department and management.Maintain strong knowledge of all bank products and services, including lending products, with a solid understanding of features and benefits of each.Assist with team projects related to cultivating internal and external client relationships, such as working with the Advisory Board.Customer Service:Goes the extra mile to ensure that the Company's customers are comfortable, knowledgeable and supported. Proactively assists team members in providing excellent customer service. Provides timely follow-ups to Business Bankers and external clients.Light travel to support Business Bankers on site visits and/or attend events on behalf of the Bank.Reporting:Manage production and records reporting. Prepare ad-hoc reports for management, internal partners and external clients.Risk Management:Responsible for adherence to Audit policy and procedures. Maintain strong knowledge of all BSA/KYC/CDD policies and procedures.RequirementsA bachelor's degree or equivalent Sales/Relationship Management support experience; minimum of 2 years of banking/finance experience is required. Applicants must have superior written and verbal communication skills and a proficiency in Microsoft software including Outlook, Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (knowledge of Microsoft Access is not required).
