Manage relationship and liaise with Corporate Program Teams and other LOBs/Corporate Functions on execution of these key programs Lead engagements/projects on behalf of Control Management or CTC as a LOB Execution of program deliverables, which may include change management, UAT testing, and training Active engagement and partnership with senior LOB and functional stakeholders to ensure program is managed at the right level and execution of deliverables is deep and successful Review and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies; ensuring risk and issues are escalated appropriately Foster a culture of collaboration and information sharing for efficient execution Drive continuous process improvement Support the risk and controls framework as needed: Obtain understanding of the business, its underlying processes and the controls environment Design, execution and implementation of business controls and governance (in partnership with the Business Executive/Process Owner) Identify and assess risk and controls Identify, document, and remediate controls gaps, risk assessment and root cause issue analysis Control governance and reporting Review and analyze data and metrics (e.g., KRI/KPI) to support control and risk programs Support the business in responding to and addressing regulatory concerns ensuring robust change management practices are followed Qualifications: Program/Project management experience in managing global, large scale change and delivery programs; strong implementation skills and experience in agile project delivery a plus Risk and controls proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts with the ability to design, create and evaluate control effectiveness in conjunction with business partners Process analysis / design acumen ability to understand a process and associated risk to inform control design Business knowledge ability to develop a deep understanding of the business, its control challenges, its architecture, its products, and regulations impacting the business Work autonomously to affect change flexible, adaptable to shifting priorities; manages competing priorities to achieve the most effective result and able to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment Communication/presentation excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence in a meaningful and actionable manner; ability to succinctly present and advise stakeholders of risks, challenges and potential solutions Networking - exceptional interpersonal skills; exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills Problem solving / analytical skills solid critical thinking, attention to detail and analytical skills; able to synthesize large amounts of data and formulate appropriate conclusions / analyze metrics for emerging risk Microsoft tools strong Excel skills and excellent working knowledge of PitchPro/PowerPoint
