Description Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director of Marketing & E-Commerce in Brooklyn, New York (NY). Summary: Our client is an early stage Brooklyn based food wholesaler. The Director of Marketing & eCommerce will accelerate the eCommerce channel growth. Will develop and execute marketing plans and programs to support sales, revenue, and profit objectives. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the fields of traditional and digital advertising, creative development, media planning, and retail activation. Responsibilities: Manage the P&L; budgeting and forecasting process Define/direct development and management of eCommerce analytic KPIs to drive eCommerce performance Build the eCommerce team (direct and indirect reports) and capabilities to achieve exponential growth Create best in class eCommerce operations and fulfillment capabilities Lead development of eCommerce creative (in partnership with Marketing) and integrate Identify and manage third-party providers, in collaboration with other departments, to deliver the best results at lower cost Continuously monitor cutting edge eCommerce trends to understand market dynamics and opportunities Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic, and direct mail Evaluate channel development programs Oversee the development and execution of product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies Create a communication strategy & brand positioning, brand voice, and brand statement Oversee marketing budget, allocate marketing dollars to an execution strategy Analyze consumer/business/audience insights and business results in order to deliver key recommendations for business planning and regional / local marketing strategy Oversee consumer insights to drive new product development Requirements Bachelor's degree emphasizing Sales or Marketing, or equivalent business experience Minimum 4+ years of experience in E-Commerce and the CPG industry Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, verbal/written communication, work organization, influence management, and contract negotiation skills Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and provide ongoing direction to broker partners Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint JobID: 1792705-AQGSalary Range: $110K - $140KMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years
