RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce's client in New York, NY is searching for its first Product Manager Platform Owner for their payment's platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to get executive level exposure, to work for a mentor that invests significant time and energy in people, and to lead strategic change in a mission critical part of the company. Duties will include Partner with senior executives and key stakeholders Drive execution of payment network strategy Work with business partners to identify and recommend appropriate network solutionsvalue propositions Own development and management of payments platform capabilities Interface with technical delivery teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications Manage cross-functional teams of solution architects and business analysts Provide subject matter expertise and support to salescustomer facing teams and customers Proactively manage platform roadmap, demand intake, prioritization, and capacity planning with a strategic lens Partner with business partners to drive adoption, deployment and commercialization Manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and financial forecasts (annual and quarterly) to drive overall delivery goals of Better, Cheaper, and Faster REQUIREMENTS Prior experience in and strong understanding of paymentsfintech ecosystem Strong understanding of various types of payment platformsinfrastructures (cards, ACH, SWIFTblockchain, etc.) preferred Demonstrated ability in delivering high quality, global, scalable tech productsplatforms in a matrixed organization Technology domain expertise including understanding of new technologies (e.g. cloud, blockchain) Strong business acumen as well as analytical and problem-solving skills expertise in strategy, product developmentmanagement, planning and project management Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments demonstrated bias for action Ability to work with ambiguity manage complex projects flexibility to handle rapidly changing scenarios Ability to build and lead motivated, productive, geographically diverse teams Strong written and oral communication skills ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions to both business and technical audiences Strong collaborator, ability to work cross-functionally ability to lead and influence at all levels Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
