You will have a significant impact developing the firm's personal brand and voice.Please submit a portfolio to be considered for the position.What You Will Do Work closely with our SEO Lead, Web Dev team and Creative Director to plan and develop web design concepts from start to finish Advise and support the creation of design assets for site development Lead all UX design projects for digital commerce including feature additions and enhancements, new template definition and ongoing experience optimization efforts including creation of IA, wireframes, personas, and user journeys. Drive an innovation agenda push us to move at the speed of our consumer, meeting our consumer where they are and where they are headed by defining distinctive experiences on new and emerging digital platforms. Partner with Content Strategy and Design teams to bring initiatives to market that complement strong systems design with rich storytelling creative. Identify user needs, prototype solutions, test ideas, and refine designs with data and user feedback natively integrated into your process. Requirements Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Excellent track record in prior work of user research, experience design, rapid prototyping, usability testing Experience design and data visualization skills, including use of a diverse set of software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, Sketch, and others) Mix of wireframe, UX/UI and visual design skills
