Job Description

The Talent Management Intern will work with the Global Talent Assessment and Development team and assist in the implementation of PepsiCos award-winning global talent assessment programs, including: assisting with vendor relations and participant coordination; global program communications and training; assessing program impact through user feedback surveys; data cleaning, management, and analysis; assessment validation; and partnering with OD/HR professionals across the enterprise to build capability and execute the agenda. The intern may also help in supporting PepsiCos senior succession/development process as well as our selection programs (though other team members).

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Program Coordination: Work with sector talent management leads to identify and coordinate participants across our assessment programs, ensuring proper communication, training, and movement through assessment and feedback phases
  • Data Management & Analysis: Aid in the collection and review of all program results and data for accuracy, deploy feedback surveys, analyze feedback, and explore program impact. Assist in the validation of new assessment tools will likely also be part of the process
  • Content Creation: Assist in assessment feedback through the creation of custom feedback reports, capability building presentations, and user guides

    Qualifications/Requirements

  • Completed Master's or pursuing PhD in Applied Social Sciences field (e.g., Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Capital Management, Psychometrics/Quantitative Psychology, Educational Psychology; PhD candidates preferred)
  • Previous consulting experience (internal or external); talent management/ workforce analytics/ research design/ survey research experience preferred
  • Excellent database management and statistical analysis skills; strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • High level of technical / system acumen: Experience working with HR systems preferred (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Expert knowledge of SPSS, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Qualtrics, R, Tableau, and familiarity with .Net/macro programming a plus
