In this role, you will support and manage Vizient's Contract Labor Management (CLM) service offering for a member health system with locations throughout the 5 boroughs of New York City. CLM provides full spectrum Vendor Management Services (VMS) and Managed Services (MSP) for contract labor healthcare staffing (ex., clinical and non-clinical).


  • Recommend new contract portfolio offerings to existing clients to drive greater value through the CLM offering.
  • Develop high trust relationships and executive sponsorship with key clients, such as C-suite leaders (ex., CNO, COO, CFO) and key decision makers such as VPs and Directors of HR, Supply Chain, Clinical Services, Staffing.
  • Communicate and demonstrate the value of Vizient's CLM program on a daily basis, in one-on-one settings with leadership and through quarterly business reviews.
  • Lead problem resolution to ensure that client contract labor staffing expectations are met.
  • Facilitate new client onboarding, working closely with CLM's technology implementation and contract sourcing teams.
  • Educate clients on contemporary staffing best practices (examples: procurement, time capture, invoicing, orientation, file maintenance, vendor communications).
  • Participate in sales presentations to introduce the CLM program.


  • Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree desired.
  • 5 or more years of experience working with contract labor, hospital staffing, agency staffing, or client support required.
  • Experience with vendor management services (VMS) and/or managed service providers (MSP) required.
  • Experience developing C-suite and key stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic, analytical, solutions oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Savvy in working in a geographically dispersed, matrix team environment.
